some customers have problems of voice quality.
we seek the origin of the problem

Then new equipment is installed. we are return it into traffic.

A replacement of the equipment is ongoing.

A former relay voice has been called into service to ensure redundancy.

We reinstate the equipment off.

The problem seems to come from one of our new relay of voice.
it appeared eight days after its entry into prod.

We will replace the old relay and we'll put it on standby.
if we still have problems, we go back to the old infrastructure.
