Resolved

A mail server used for the sending of the fax notifications is down and causes a delay in the reception of the acknowledgments. We are working currently for the resolution of this incident.

The service is completely operational. Some requests went yesterday at 16h30 in error. It is possible the you don't receive a notification for these faxes.
