The link is now restored. The breakdown has been caused by a physical cut on the link (possibly a Planned work which we were not informed about,it is possible because the start time: 0:03) but we have also lifted an alarm from the BMM card in Amsterdam which we consider suspicious. We will check this point with the Infinera support.
