FS#6273 —Increase in the number of simultaneous connections on the SQL

We will double the number of simultaneous connections authorized per database on the entire MySQL shared.
The operation requires a restart of Mysql and therefore will cause a break of a few minutes on all servers.

Reboots will be performed at night throughout the week.
End of operations scheduled for Friday morning.

The 3 servers that didn't restart properly are:

sql29.modules.

The problem is fixed, the servers are making a data check and the'll start as soon as the check is completed.

Finally, we decided to increase more the limits.


The new limits will be :
30 simultaneous connections on the standard server (sql perso and sql pro)
10 simultaneous connections on the servers of 1 clic module
