We currently have more routed networks on vss vss-3 on-4. As the vss-3 is heavily loaded, we will migrate 12 networks to vss-4.

In preparation for maintenance, we must move some uplinks of the routed networks on vss-4 on other cards (of the same router). This operation should not have any impact on routing.
