We are currently updating our cloud storage platform.

The aim is to ensure better availability and data security.
The update applies to all accounts and should be transparent in most cases.

Once this is complete, you will receive an explaining email.

Since yesterday 18h we relaunched a new wave of migrating accounts.

As mentioned on the forum, it is about the accounts of 25G created before September 2012.

That night, 8000 accounts have been migrated.

It remains 400 Paying accounts to migrate, they have the priority, but their volume makes the process longer.
Overall, we are 80% of finished copies.


However, this type of migration generates a lot of load on the new infrastructure, and some of you have encountred:
- Slowdowns
- Connection issues (handshake failed, timeout)

We are doing our best to mitigate the side effects.


Regarding applications, beta-Sync Hubic is progressing well, we are integrating the latest features (multi-folder sync, erasing policy/ retention).
The production is currently scheduled for mid-December.

We will now put the entire infrastructure in read-only.

An email will be sent when the update is complete, your account will be then available on the new infrastructure.
Nb: for now, the iOS app is still incompatible with the new infrastructure.


We expect the total duration of the migration to be one week.

We are approaching the 50% of update.
We detected some congestion on our network that made the operation slower.

We are about to remedy as soon as possible.

We prioritize the update for personal and premium accounts.

1/3 of personal/premium accounts are already updated.
