You have notified us of two problems on these services:
- random blank communicatons
- Calls hung up that don't end
We have found the cause of these problems in the codec negotiation.
A patch is in progress and an update of the machines will follow.
We will proceed as follows:
- a patch test on the development infrastructure
- application of the patch to one machine of the cluster
- application of the patch to the other machines
We will inform you of how these task progress as soon as we can.

We will update it as soon as possible.
Date: 2013-12-16 14:44:52 UTC As we don't have a conclusive solution from our supplier, we have set up a new patch which has been tested in development.
It is currently on one machine of the cluster.
If there's nothing to report by 16:30/17:00, we will apply this patch on a second machine with more traffic.
To finish up, if everything is conclusive, we will apply it to the rest of the machines.
