Resolved
We have detected a fault on one of our databases that handle service installations.
As a precaution, we have disabled our internal services linked to this database.

Consequently, implementation of services has been put on hold until the issue has been resolved.
The order-tracking facility has also been disabled.

Our first analysis has already enabled us to confirm that there no loss of data, service or payments is anticipated.

The last cases have been identified and are pending resolution by each department.

A minority is remaining, less than 2%, outstanding to validate in order to close this incident.
