The FTP on the "www.nomdedomaine" does not work in "passive mode".
We must use "ftp.nomdedomaine".

The patch was applied.

Comment by OVH - Tuesday, 12 October 2010, 14:50PM

It remains to force the parameters
SSLRequireSSL
and
% {HTTPS}
on port 443

Comment by OVH - Friday, 15 October 2010, 12:01PM

Part of the SSL problems have been fixed.

We have also increased the size of the headers to make all the cookies pass regardless of their size.

If the problem remains:
Would you send us an email to oles@ovh.net, marco@ovh.net
subject: bug in shared webshoting
with the url that does not work. we will look at
the origin of the problem on your specific URL.

Comment by OVH - Friday, 15 October 2010, 16:17PM

We have received 3 mail for the time being.

A bug was found : the environnement variable
SERVER_PORT displays 80 instead of 443 when we are
on https

The 2 following problems are not connected to the switch.
Nevertheless when you change the URL of your site during
the visit from
http://yoursite/...
to http://90plan.ovh.net/~login/page.php or
http://ssl2.ovh.net/~login/page.php ,
the visitor will not keep the persistance cookie
and will go through another server.

So you can have the feeling of session lost.

When you manage login/passwd with the cookie, you must
remain on the good URL during the visit.

Comment by OVH - Friday, 15 October 2010, 17:06PM

fixed: (UseCanonicalPhysicalPort On)

Comment by OVH - Friday, 15 October 2010, 22:17PM

We have removed the "syn-cookie" protections from the server side.

Comment by OVH - Monday, 18 October 2010, 12:38PM

We have added some options on the http and https
in order to improve the connections. Then, we will
personalise it in order to find the best compromise
for all.
