Following faults detected on the DSLAM, we will proceed with a reset of one of its cards tonight around 1am.
A break in service of 5 to 10 minutes is expected.

Reason for closing: Done
The card was reset, service got back running properly.
The default seems to still be present on the DSLAM.
A reboot is scheduled for 1AM tomorrow morning. A down time of 15-20 minutes is expected.
If the problem persit, an OVH technician will be sent on site tomorrow morning to diagnose the problem.
The DSLAM has been rebooted.
All clients are synchronized currently.
We are waiting for traffic to get resumed so we can continue our investigations.
The reboot of the DSLAM has resolved the problems encountered by the concerned customers.
There are no more problems on the DSLAM.
