The pair n5 managing these 2 networks has rebooted following bug on nexus with security-port.
We are investigating.

It seems stable now.
actions done on the pair Nexus5:
The nexus A of this pair was rebooting in loop; Traffic was forwarded automatically to the nexus B through VPC.

Cutting the uplink FEX on A (traffic still passing through B)
Reload Nexus A to start in stable condition.

While A was rebooting, I looked at the servers that was making log on security-port on B.
As soon as the A got back, I set the FEX UP one by one -> traffic was therefore load-balanced again between A and B

Since then, I have no longer seen logs on the security-port.
