This new infrastructure will better isolate customers as they will be each be spread over different isolated business clusters rather than sharing a huge shared infrastructure.
Since this morning, the new installations are installed on the new business infrastructure and we've migrated the SVI configured numbers.
We will continue the migrations with numbers configured in Call Queues and Expert Call Queues.
Then we will update the associated database infrastructure to apply the model to the new business infrastructure, enabling us to handle future overloads.
