We no longer have access to this VPS router.
There are 2 SUPs on this ASR9k, on is active and the other is on standby.
The active one is not getting anything from the console port. We can't do a manual switchover to the one in standby.
We will take out the active card and the standby will take over.
There's normally no impact during a switchover.
This routeur works in a pair with rbx-s10-a9 which is fine.
The live VPS works as it should. Only reinstallations and new deliveries are impacted.

we reinserted the old-active which is now the standby. we're looking for the root cause.
